Common Questions

What are the setup times?

Setup is an hour and half prior to start time. All vendors must be fully set up and ready as the market officially opens to the public. Early arrival is encouraged to ensure a smooth transition.

How are spaces assigned?

Spaces are assigned based on vendor type, attendance history, and product diversity to ensure a vibrant mix for shoppers. Permanent vendors retain their regular spots, while weekly vendors are assigned based on availability each market day.

Is power provided?

Electricity is extremely limited at the market site. Most vendors are encouraged to be self-sufficient. If power is critical for your setup, please indicate this on your application for consideration, though access cannot be guaranteed for all spots.

What is the market's cancellation policy?

Vendors must notify the market manager at least 48 hours in advance if they cannot attend. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a forfeited booth fee or loss of priority for future market dates.
